When will my pre-order item ship?

Pre-order items ship according to the release month listed on the product page. Please note that release dates are estimates and can be subject to manufacturer delays.

What is your return policy for apparel and accessories?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Do you offer international shipping outside of the US and Canada?
